Co-Founder, Gail is a grounding factor for The Ethikos Group, bringing over 25 years’ experience in operations and electrical contracting to the table.
Gail’s ability to see the bigger picture alongside the attention to detail is critical in supporting the Ethikos team, and Group, to function logistically and administratively.
Chris is a rare breed in the industry, passionate about simplifying complex financial processes. His mantra is to ‘work smarter, not harder. With specific experience in engineering finance and a keen eye for bottom lines and budgets, Chris is naturally commercially-minded when it comes to Group acquisitions.
Chris works directly with Scott and Gail to evolve and implement group-wide procedures so that, no matter which business you work for in The Ethikos Group, there is a clear and transparent way of doing things.
Adrian is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance structures and funding. Adrian brings his wealth of knowledge in the mergers and acquisitions environment to The Ethikos Group.
Sharon’s organisational experience makes sure that everyone is on track in a hectic operational and M&A environment. Her skills in co-ordinating the activities of everyone in The Ethikos Group ensures that we are being efficient with our time and never miss a deadline.
The role oversees recruitment administration, onboarding, legal compliance, payroll, data and reporting and other general people- related activities within the team
